Jason has 7 years experience in the rehabilitation and training field. He has a long history of coaching high school wrestling athletes, as well as, training adults whose goals range from recovering from chemo-therapy to preparing for mixed martial arts events. He fundamentally believes that having fun is the key to being consistent in your training. Jason excels in ‘Functional Fitness’- the ability to take your accomplishments in the gym to the real world. He teaches the basics and benefits of Stability and Core Conditioning to those who are looking to restore alignment, to gain strength and balance, and to build a competitive edge on their golf game or snowboarding skills.
