Ingredients:
2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. sugar (or Splenda)
½ cup fresh berries
Directions:
Combine ricotta cheese with sugar and whip with a hand mixer until it’s smooth. Serve fresh berries or berry puree. It tastes like cheesecake but has fewer than 200 calories.
