Incredibly Low-Fat Pasta

 

Ingredients:
Whole wheat spaghetti
Optional: Chicken or Veggie Broth
1 package frozen edamame (unshelled)
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce

Directions
Boil the spaghetti to a perfect al dente. For richer flavored pasta, boil in either chicken or veggie broth and a pinch of salt. In a separate pot, boil unshelled edamame, about 5 minutes. Spread sesame seeds evenly in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet. Toast in a low-temp oven (about 200°) until golden brown. Strain spaghetti, pour desired amount of soy sauce over the top, and add edamame and sesame seeds. Toss the ingredients together and enjoy!
