Ingredients:
½ cup quick oats
¼ cup soy flour
2 lg. scoops protein powder
2 Tbsp. flaxseed
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 egg whites
¾ cup skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Blend together wet ingredients and incorporate
into dry mixture. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake in a hot skillet with cooking
spray. Enjoy!
