Asian Chicken

 

3, 5oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tsps. soy sauce
3 tsps. dijon mustard
< cup yellow onion, diced
1 tsp. ginger, diced
2 cloves garlic, quartered

ground salt and pepper to taste

Grind all ingredients together in a Cuisinart, and divide sauce evenly into 3 sealable plastic bags. Put one breast into each bag and allow to marinade overnight. Broil chicken until sauce sizzles and edges are crisped to a golden brown. Bake at low temperature until chicken is cooked through but tender.
