2 chayotes, boiled, shocked and peeled.
1 red pepper, small dice
1 yellow peppers, small dice
1 orange pepper, small dice
¾ cup of green onion, chopped
½ cup of cilantro
2 jalapeños, minced
½ red onion, minced
½ white onion, minced
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup oil olive
salt t.t.
pepper t.t.
1 t. cumin powder
Cut all ingredients up and put in large bowl. Add vinegars, olive oil, salt, pepper and cumin
powder.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with pita chips
