5 vine-ripened tomatoes, small dice
½ red onions, minced
2 green onions, chopped fine
1 can black olives, drained, chopped
2T garlic, minced
1/3 c fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/4 cup of balsamic
1/3 cup of olive oil
1T Truffle oil
t.t Salt/pepper
1t Italian Seasoning
1 - 2 Baguettes - cut 1/3” thick

Chop up tomatoes and put into large bowl. Add red onions, green onions, black
olives, garlic, basil, vinegar and olive oil. Mix all together. Add truffle oil,
salt/pepper, Italian seasoning. Mix well. Put in fridge for several hours.
Take baguette and cut into 1/3" thick. Place on baking sheet. Brush with olive
oil. Bake bread until golden brown. 355 degrees for 8 -10 minutes.
Let cool.. Top bread with bruschetta mix. Serve.
